We spent a brilliant morning nurturing our bodies and kick-starting your healthy lifestyle!
We achieved a whole morning of fast paced HIIT, sculpting Pilates, calming restorative yoga as well as physio, nutrition and goal setting workshops – a true reflection of everything that The Life Plan members have full access to!
