I am one of the founders of The Life Plan and a Personal Trainer, I will be bringing you all the HIIT workouts, running and walking plans, live workouts and keeping you motivated. Here's a little bit about me...
Sport and exercise have always been a huge part of my life, which isn’t surprising as my Mum was a personal trainer when I was a child – clearly it runs in the family! So, of course, I studied Sports and Exercise Science BSc at the University of Bath, earning a First Class Degree. I really do love sport - chasing it around the world, completing a professional placement year in Australia at the South Australian Sport's Institute where I worked with athletes prepping for the London 2012 Olympics.
Since then I have worked for one of the world’s leading medical technology device companies specialising in complex spine and minimally invasive solutions which has given me a deeper appreciation of the human body and injury prevention during exercise.
Personal training doesn't really feel like a job - I love it! The joy I see people get from achieving their goals and progressing on their fitness journey is just amazing. I look forward to sharing this with you at The Life Plan!
