Finola is one of our physios at The Life Plan and, together with Francesca, will be delivering workshops covering injury prevention, women's health, exercise modifications and much more. 

A little bit about me...

For me, the most consistent component of health is a combination of both mind and body. I find the link between mental and physical health fascinating and this has led me to study it further and incorporate it more into my clinical work. I believe the best form of physiotherapy is a holistic approach and where we work together to achieve your goals.

Over the past 10 years I have provided treatment for sports physiotherapy, post surgical physiotherapy, dance rehabilitation, and pain management. I use a variety of techniques including exercise therapy, acupuncture, massage, joint mobilisations and psychological therapies such as mindfulness, to achieve a long term improvement.
