Founded by two best friends who brought together a team of experts to deliver you an outstanding set of classes, workshops, programmes and workouts for the results you want.

Your support crew

Each one of us specialises in a different area of fitness, nutrition or wellness to bring you well-balanced, rounded and effective programme.


Our fitness specialists cover many varieties of exercise. We have Lucy, our personal trainer, Maddie, our Pilates instructor, Catherine who is our yoga teacher and Finola and Francesca our expert physios.


Amelia is our resident nutrition expert on hand to guide you through your nutrition guide and information. As a Registered Dietitian she will give you expert advice, tips and recipes to achieve your goals.


Wellness comes in many forms, in addition to the fitness and nutrition elements, we have our mental wellness workshops, delivered by Lydia and meditation sessions brought to you by Catherine.
